The nose is complex, with aromas of toffee, hints of orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak. The taste is bold, dry and delicate with notes of candied almonds and very rich cocoa.

Aromas of fresh apples and cinnamon stick that give way to a deep and rich palate of brown sugar, vanilla bean and dried apricot.

Notes of banana, citrus peel, spice and a hint of smoke, along with the pineapple. It is a tribute to the esteemed Reverend Stiggins whose favorite drink was the “pineapple rum” in the Pickwick Papers by Charles Dickens.

Crazy-sweet aroma, full of caramel, vanilla and a slight floral touch. The bite comes first (and lingers awhile), followed by vanilla, caramel and coconut flavors.
